Google is changing its Google Maps for enhancing its usability and adding a widget to its latitude social Geo-location service Android application.

Google announces the update in version 4.1 of its Google Maps application that improves certain elements and adds several features. First, this is research that has been redesigned and abandons tabs of Google Maps for mobile system for the benefit of a single page listing all of the information.
Buttons provide interaction, either to view a location on the map, use the Street View feature or call an establishment whose address and global note appears at the top of the screen.
System recommendations was reviewed and now reveals a bar colored indicating numbers received star proportions at a glance. The bar also lets you directly access the comments based on the number of stars.
Widget Latitude A function sign language to also move to another result of a query by “looking” for a simple gesture the result out of the screen without income in the results list. Also Google Maps for Android 4.1 adds a widget to latitude, social Geo-location service which will instantly give an idea from home Android, terminal screen position of nearby friends.
For smart phones running Android 2.1, it is also possible to view these positions on a dynamic wallpaper. Finally, the application supports multiple Google accounts and allows the user to freely from one to another, with the related service activation switch (rush, latitude, etc).
Google Maps for Android 4.1 is available for free download on the Android Market for any terminal under Android 1.6 or higher.
