Developers of ShopSavvy Android reported for a very interesting thing: according to statistics of their application, one of the city of Waterloo (located in the province of Ontario in Canada, this city is the headquarters of the RIM), a standalone version of their software for Android on various BlackBerry devices.
- on a BlackBerry 8300 running ShopSavvy 31 January 2011;
- on the BlackBerry 8600 running ShopSavvy 17 and 24 January 2011;
- the BlackBerry 8520 running ShopSavvy on February 7, 2011.
Earlier this month resource ZDNet circulated a rumor that the forthcoming tablet, RIM BlackBerry PlayBook will support Android applications. Now the indirect evidence of this were found and Android-developers.
