The first tablet manufactured by HTC will be released in late March or early April 2011. The Taiwanese sources among manufacturers of touchscreens told DigiTimes news publication. The Tablet PC called HTC Flyer, equipped with 7-inch screen and operating system Google Android 2.3.
It is reported that the first batch will be small. This is because Taiwanese vendor during the production process ran into some problems that caused him to postpone the serial production of mobile computer for a month. What exactly is the cause of delays, the publication is not known.
HTC Flyer enclosed in Tablet one-piece aluminium body with dimensions of 125 x 195 x 13 mm and weighs no more books paperback-420 gram. Gadget is equipped with 7-inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels, a 1.5 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. In addition, the technical arsenal novelties included cell module with support for HSPA +, Wi-Fi (b/g/n), GPS and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. Price of HTC Flyer has not disclosed.
