Monthly custom audience mobile Internet browser Opera Mini reaches 100 million daily viewers over 2 billion Web pages. Reported about it in the official Russian-Norwegian company blog Opera Software, which says that the previous record of 90 million people was broken as recently as January of this year.
Currently, the site developer is the sixth generation of Opera Mini, developing the concept of a full Internet experience on any device. An updated version of the browser has to support functions-Pinch-zoom (increase pages with two fingers), advanced content management tools, hardware forwarding mechanism information in social networks and other innovations. Browser Opera Mini 6 is available for all mobile devices supporting Java ME smartphones, as well as on Android, BlackBerry and Symbian OS. The versions for the Apple iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad, they, according to the Norwegians, will soon be sent for approval to Apple’s App Store.
