According to a poll conducted by the research company J.D. Power among smartphones, which are less credible users are products Apple and HTC – they scored 838 and 801 votes respectively.
In third place in the list are Samsung and Motorola with almost identical results: 775 and 777 points. This is followed by RIM (762), LG (760), Palm (733), and closes the list of Nokia (721).
The most important criteria for users were made by the performance, ease of use, functionality, as well as the total characteristic of fineness of hull weight and design of the device.
Planck secondary industry satisfaction rose: if earlier she was 761 item, now it is equal to 788. In other words, all companies are trying to, producing higher quality products.
