Taiwanese HTC manufacturer of smartphones accused Apple , in violation of the rights to use their technology lost the case, associated with patents, the company previously owned by S3 Graphics.
The first court HTC managed to win-based on the results of the proceedings, Apple was found guilty of violating patents.
