It seems the WMC 2010 is off to an early start. Samsung have displayed on billboards their latest phone – the Bada-based Samsung Wave. It’s the first phone with the new Samsung OS and no doubt it will be in the center of Samsung Unpack event in Barcelona on Sunday evening.

The Samsung Wave (Bada means “ocean” in Korean) has a large touchscreen and is definitely a looker. The shot also reveals it’s also quite thin as well.

big HTC Legend appears on KPN website, teases before the MWCNow that’s just mean – Dutch operator KPN posted the HTC Legend on their site teasing us days before the MWC when it will be officially announced. It’s gone now, but it was on the site just long enough to confirm its existence along with some of its specs and a release date.

Today the Garmin-Asus alliance announced their next GPS navigation-centered smartphone. The nuvifone A50 runs on Android and packs reportedly some of the best location-based software seen in a smartphone to date.

Garmin-Asus nuvifone A50 features a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with HVGA resolution, 3 megapixel auto-focus camera with geotagging functionality and 3G support. GPS, Bluetooth, accelerometer sensor, 4GB internal storage and microSD card slot complete the list. It’s not clear yet whether the phone will sport Wi-Fi connectivity or not.

big T Mobile USA gets HTC HD2 with 576 MB RAM

It must have been annoying for the T-Mobile USA subscribers to have to wait three months longer than everybody else to get the HTC HD2. Well it seems their patience will be rewarded with an upgraded version of the device packing 576MB RAM and 1GB ROM. This definitely looks like a good spot for landing Windows Mobile 7 when it eventually becomes available.

And the good news doesn’t end there. The T-Mobile USA will receive a 16GB microSD cards in their HTC HD2 retail boxes, instead of the 2GB
